Damages and Issues

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • Any part of your order is missing

You can reach us, and we’ll work quickly to evaluate the issue and make it right, whether through a replacement, refund, or another resolution.

To help us process your claim faster, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Custom or personalized phone cases

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Items marked as “non-returnable” in the product description

Please ensure that you carefully review your order before completing the purchase, especially for custom items.


Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or product? The fastest way to get what you need is:

  1. Submit a return request for the original item.

  2. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.

Please note: We do not hold inventory for exchanges. Availability is not guaranteed until a new order is placed.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, under EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, with tags attached

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g. receipt or order confirmation)

Return shipping costs for voluntary cancellations are the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please contact us.
All return requests must be authorized before sending items back.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


Refunds

If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund

  • Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

  • Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by us, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
